History

All American Enterprises was founded in 1991 by Steve Roberts. What was then a small home-based business has since flourished into the successful family-owned company that builds commerical and residential millwork for different projects all around America. It all started when Aubrey Harper introduced Roberts to a man named Philip Cohen, a local Mennonite cabinet-maker. Cohen was making millwork for Wal-Marts in the Southeast, but needed someone to install it, to which Roberts filled that role. It was a partnership which lasted until Cohen moved to Missouri and sold his business.

Steve continued to build the business until he was tragically diagnosed with cancer in 1997. Despite this, he continued to fight through and keep running the business until his graduation in 2000. Steve's son, Micah Roberts, and his wife, Linda Roberts, formed a partnership to continue the business. They continued doing so until 2003, when they decided to open their own commerical millwork shop in Altamont. The company mostly handled overflow work from bigger producers, but this once again changed in 2009 when Micah and Linda's partnership expanded to include Stephen Roberts, Linda's oldest son, and Lee Harper, her son-in-law. By this time, All American Enterprises had become a primary supplier and installer working directly with general contractors.

Today, the company has grown even further, now offering residential services as well as commerical. Despite economic hardship or personal struggles, the company has never ceased to grow. Linda Roberts attributes this remarkable continued growth to perserverance, hard work, and many blessings from God. The company still champions Steve's motto, "Quality Counts", which remains true for our millwork. The company strives to put things in God's hands and try our best to treat customers, employees, competitors, and anyone else we interact with with a Christian attitude. Linda personifies this mindset with the following quote, "We have great relationships with customers, our suppliers and even our competitors. Our competitors know they can call us if they run out of materials and they know we will help them anyway we can. That was how Steve did business and we are continuing to live out his dream."
